Clean Eating Day 15
Here is what I have eaten today. I am going to try to post my daily menu FYI.
Breakfast
Banana
Snack
Nectarine
Trail Mix (cocoa covered almonds, dried mango, almonds, peanuts, dark chocolate covered fruit)
Lunch
Melted Cheese Sandwich
Kettle Chips
Milk
Dinner
BLT Sandwich (whole wheat 5 ingredient bread, bacon, tomato and lettuce)
Milk
Exercise for Today
3 hours mountain biking (1 Shot Blok out of necessity)
