1 ¼ C. rolled oats
2 C. buttermilk
2 eggs
¾ C. ground flax seed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 C. whole-wheat flour
2 very ripe bananas
Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
I like to serve these with a little pure maple syrup. I have also served them plain with strawberries or other fruit on top.
A household favorite!
